  • Collaborated on programing and analysis for the midlife upgrades of a large mid 20th century concrete apartment building.

  • Collaborating with engineering consultants, product representative and building maintenance personal to develop life safety upgrades for the apartment building.

  • Managed the Revit model, lead drawing development and drawing coordination for the midlife life upgrades of the apartment building.

Keo Studio Works, Snowmass, CO.

Designer: Aug: 2021 - Dec. 2022

  • Independently developed the design, and construction documents for two custom homes.

  • Preformed site research and diagramming for several public affordable housing feasibility studies.

  • Researched zoning, Hoa and county code requirements for multiple private projects projects in different counties.

  • Independently developed existing condition documentations and permit drawings sets for multiple small projects.

  • Independently documented and analyzed the existing conditions of six hewn long cabins in a historic Colorado ghost town.
